Returns of items in good condition can be done for a full refund, less:
The customer has up to 15 calendar days from the date of receiving the product to inform CORAL CLUB of the desire to return it. Once CORAL CLUB agrees to accept the return, CORAL CLUB will issue to the customer an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization). The product must be returned in marketable condition (unopened, unaltered and resaleable) as determined by the Company. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to CORAL CLUB. The customer must ship the product through a form of delivery that can be traced (e.g., FedEx or UPS).
The Company may charge a fee of $10 for shipments refused at the point of delivery.
All products sold at a discounted price or as part of a promotion are considered Final Sale and are not returnable unless damaged or defective.
All returns are at the sole discretion of the Company. All refunds are provided strictly to the person who made payment and in same method that payment was made.
We accept all major cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

Pay with PayPal.
Use your PayPal Account to make payments. All you need is your login info. If you do not have a PayPal account yet, after you confirm the payment on our website, you'll be redirected to the PayPal site, where you will select "Register." Enter all necessary information and click "Open an Account".
Instructions for paying for your order if you are not registered in the PayPal system:
All orders are shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.

If your Coral Wallet has bonus points, the option to use them will be automatically selected during the payment method selection step.
If you prefer not to use your Coral Wallet bonus points, uncheck this option, choose your desired payment method, and continue with your order.
PLEASE NOTE! Different countries may have different rules determining how much of your order may be paid using Coral Wallet bonus points.
Group Orders:
Transfer funds from your bonus account to your club member wallet to pay for part or all of a group order. Each member of a group order can transfer bonus points to the club member whose wallet will be used to place the order.
Once transferred, bonus points will be available for online purchases only.
Parcels are delivered to your address. Orders placed after 12 PM/EST will be processed the next business day.
